Membership - . By purchasing a membership you are agreeing to have your nominated fortnightly charge deducted from your account every fortnight or which ever membership you choose. Your ongoing fee will be charged in advance. You can choose the start date of your billing cycle. .
Refunds: We do not grant refunds and memberships are non-transferable between individuals.
Class bookings: Classes must be purchased and booked via wodify prior to attending classes. There are no daily or weekly restrictions applied to your allocated classes so you are free to book them in advance. If no one is booked into class at 9pm the morning before or 1 hour before in the evening they will automatically cancel.
Class cancellation and no show: Bookings cancelled within 9 hour of the class beginning for 5am and 6am and 12:30pm the same day for the 5:30pm class will result in a $10 no show fee. Cancellations can only be done via the app. Phone calls, text messages, voicemails and social media messages will not be accepted. If you are on a class pass no shows and late cancels will incur a $10 fee. No shows will forfeit their session.
Waitlist: If a class is full you can add yourself onto the waitlist. If space becomes available you will be notified via email and/ or text message up to 1 hour before the class begins. Please treat the waitlist like a normal class booking and remove yourself if you are unable to attend. You are subject to the late cancel terms should you be added into the class within 1 hours of it starting. It is your responsibility to ensure your account notifications are enabled for such alerts.
Membership Holds and cancellations: All memberships need two weeks notice to cancel. Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of 14 days or maximum of 6 weeks unless otherwise agreed with the business owners. Membership holds can only be done via the app. Phone calls, text messages, voicemails and social media messages will not be accepted. 14 days notice must be given.
Class schedule: We have a winter and summer timetable. Class times may vary depending on member demand and coaches availability. Unit VIII reserve the right to alter the timetable at their discretion.
Discount codes: exclusive to Unit VIII must not be shared to non-gym members unless otherwise agreed with the business owners.
Waivers: Open gym facilities must not be used unless a waiver is signed by the user.
