Adam has always been an active individual with an interest in competitive sports. As such, it was no surprise he found a career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
Adam was injured whilst serving in the military and was told he wouldn’t be able to weight lift or participate in competitive sport again. This news spurred on his recovery making him determined to work hard and come back stronger than ever with a goal to join the emergency services.
Adam's recovery process sparked a keen interest in body building and soon after CrossFit. Since relocating to Australia, Adam has continued his interest in CrossFit, alongside a more recent passion of Olympic weightlifting.
Adam is a qualified Olympic weightlifting coach and respected competitor. Adam commenced strongman in 2016, successfully winning WA’s strongest U80kg and competing nationally at the prestigious Arnold’s. In 2019, Adam achieved a world record for the axel clean and press U80kg, and remains the current Australian record holder.
When he’s not training or coaching, Adam can be found hanging out with his family, walking his dogs or sleeping. He can be bribed with ice cream and Tim Tams but doesn’t like lamingtons.
Genna hasn’t always been into health and fitness. In her younger days she partied hard. Probably a little too hard.
Whilst Gen was required to have an occupational level of fitness to work in the military and emergency services, she found the transition into a more competitive level of health and fitness difficult from her earlier lifestyle choices. It was Gen's mental resilience that helped her overcome these challenges and grow as an athlete and coach.
Gen was working in the UK as a gym instructor and when she fell in love with CrossFit. In Australia this continued whilst she also took an interest in coaching and competing in weightlifting.
Genna’s dedication, knowledge and focus for health and fitness allowed her to train pre and post-partum for both of her pregnancies.
When Genna is not in the gym she enjoys spending time with her beautiful boys, rescuing animals and riding her horse. She loves the beach, memes and hates mushrooms and feet.

Coach Ella (they/them)
Ella hasn’t always been into fitness and lifting weights. As a young adult they were more interested in music and travel and spent a couple of years living abroad in the UK. Upon returning home in 2015 Ella knew they needed to do something about their health, and this is when they found CrossFit and fell in love with being fit and getting strong.
Ella was a Primary school Music teacher in QLD for 10 years and while teaching they continued to train and compete in local CrossFit competitions before deciding that their real passion was Olympic Weightlifting in 2021.
Over the last 4 years Ella has competed in local and state level Olympic weightlifting competitions and won their first ever sporting medal when they achieved 1st place in the 2023 QLD Senior State Championships in Townsville.
Ella is a qualified personal trainer and Olympic weightlifting coach who is using their teaching skills and love of Olympic lifting to teach and inspire others to move well and feel strong.
When they aren’t training or coaching, they can be found exploring Western Australia in their camper van, going to the beach and catching up with friends.
