A partner Workout? Endurance? HIIT? Cardio? Beach workout? what could it be! who knows but its guaranteed to be fun. Drop ins welcome. This will be a low skill sweat session setting you up for the weekend ahead.

If no one is booked in at 9:00pm the night before class will automatically cancel.
